Public Hearing (LDCT-2022-3 TCX Drive-Thru) (First Hearing - No Action) to consider an applicant-initiated ordinance amending the Land Development Code to amend the location criteria for uses with drive-thru facilities in Town Center-X (TCX) land use districts in the US Highway 98 Selected Area Plan (SAP).
