8. Approve the 2021 Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Second Chance Act funding. Approve budget amendment and transfer from the Special Revenue Grant Fund Reserve for Contingency. Appoint Sarah Campbell as Authorized Official to electronically accept the award. ($900,000 three-year revenue)
9. Approve a construction contract with Traffic Control Devices, LLC for the Rifle Range Lighting Construction Project. ($1,248,248 one-time expense)
10. Approve an Agreement for a factory-fabricated pump station for the 540A Booster Station with Engineered Fluid, Inc. dba EFI-Solutions. ($579,647 one-time expense)
11. Confirm appointment of John Bohde, AICP, to serve as the Director of the Polk County Office of Planning and Development.
12. Request Board give guidance to the County Manager on appropriating $2.5 million in the Fiscal Year (FY) 22/23 Budget to assist with business incubators within the County, as requested by Central Florida Incubators, Inc. a Florida non-profit. ($2.5 million one-time cost)

18. Public Hearing (LDCT-2021-17 US 27 PIX Self-Storage) (First Public Hearing - No Action) to consider an applicant-initiated ordinance amending the Land Development Code to add Self-Storage Facilities to the list of uses allowed in the Professional Institutional-X (PIX) land use district in the North US 27 Selected Area Plan (SAP) and amend conditional use standards for Self-Storage Facilities.
19. Public Hearing (LDCT-2021-18 US 98 Self-Storage) (First Public Hearing - No Action) for an applicant-initiated ordinance amending the Land Development Code to Appendix E Parcel Specific Future Land Use with Conditions to limit the uses to self-storage for the parcel related to LDCPAS-2021-13. This land use change case, if approved, will change the Future Land Use designation from Town Center-X (TCX) to Business Park Center-X (BPCX). These cases are related to LDCD-2021-19 for a district change from Business Park Center-1X to Business Park Center-2X.
20. Public Hearing (LDCD-2021 Hancock Crossing Sub-District Change) to consider a Sub-District Map change from Residential Low-1X (RL-1X) to Residential Low-3X (RL-3X) on +/- 38.48 acres in the US Highway 98 SAP.
21. Public Hearing (LDCT-2021-14 Sign Code Revisions: On-Premises Signs) (Adoption Hearing) to consider adoption of a County initiated ordinance amending the Land Development Code to improve clarity in the on-premises sign regulations.
